Rare sake has arrived!
Good evening! This is Ginza Hanatare.
Today we will introduce Jikin Hi-ire Senbon Nishiki.
Using Hiroshima-grown Senbon-Nishiki sake rice, this sake has a fresh, fruity aroma like berries and an elegant taste. It also has a pleasantly subtle gaseous sensation.
It is a perfect match with dishes! It is the kind of sake that enhances the flavor of the ingredients!
This is a rare sake and will end as soon as it is gone. If you want to drink it, please do so as soon as possible.
