Here is what I would like to introduce today. This is the Tsukihi Shellfish. You may not be familiar with it.
This shell was named "Tsukihi" because of its contrasting coloring, with the red front and white back.
The shape of this bivalve shellfish resembles a scallop, but the taste is delicate and refined, yet it has a robust flavor that makes it an exquisite shellfish.
We hope you will enjoy these very rare moon shells, which are not usually seen in the market, at our restaurant.
