The specialty, "Jikinmeimeshi" (2,860 yen (tax included)), consists of sashimi of jikinmeidai (sea bream), simmered soboro, and egg yolk,
It is then mixed with condiments and a special sesame sauce and served as is.
When you finish eating some of it, please enjoy it with dashi chazuke to finish off the meal.
