Enjoy the flavorful and fatty branded kinme sea bream caught off the coast of Choshi, Chiba dipped in hot soup stock.
It is a superb dish that will warm you from the inside out.

At our shop, we offer homemade oden made with a special dashi stock made with clam stock and plain hot water soup.
The Umi Oden, which is unique to this restaurant, is made with the flavorful clams of the soup stock that penetrates the ingredients.
