We recently introduced fried kinmede, but we also have standard fried horse mackerel. Rare fried horse mackerel is deep-fried at high temperature in one go, so the inside is moist and the outside is crispy! You can enjoy it without sacrificing the flavor of the horse mackerel.
Of course, you don't have to worry about safety either, as we use the same horse mackerel used for sashimi!
