Today I would like to introduce fresh shirasu that came from Sashima, Kanagawa Prefecture!
These are freshly caught in the morning, purchased directly from the fishermen in Sashima! There are not many places in Tokyo where you can eat freshly caught shirasu!
The freshness of the fish allows you to fully appreciate each and every shirasu!
