Enjoy the flavorful and fatty branded kinme sea bream caught off the coast of Choshi, Chiba dipped in hot soup stock.
It is a superb dish that will warm you from the inside out.

At our shop, we offer homemade oden made with a special dashi stock made with clam stock and plain hot water soup.
